The sense I get is that the man in charge is a bit of a control freak. So I'm guessing it will be a cold day in hell before the tea lady gets to proof read anything more than the coffee & milk roster.
For me, a key lesson is not to lend too much weight to single years' numbers, even less a half years' numbers.
