This announcement seems strange to me.
It is not like the BODs of NVX to issue an announcement for the sake of it- they always take their time (when NVX was in a Trading Pause a few weeks back and the SP was dropping -some of us wanted an announcement - any one would have done--but none came)
This has been released without Peer Review so it seems rushed- and the use of the word "excited' is 'not NVX- like) so it seems rushed out !
Hopefully there is a reason: like it is a prerequisite for a trading deal or the issue of a permit etc.
Why else rush it and be 'excited' !!!
let's hope some contract announcements issue soon!
