After reading the prospectus, is this the agreed/rough price that the new shares will be issued at team?

Also, current cash balance post public offering, am calculating @ $60,657,088 USD$. Confirmed? I think this is veryyy health in the short-mid term. And also expecting OT ann regarding our by-product material before year-end. Great time for LT's.

And to add to the commentary, this is an excellent time/move by management to execute a cap raise, and it will most likely set a bottom support line for the mid-long term. Appetite for this stock is very high in the US, as exemplified by the shorters (always a great sign for long term)!
