RAP could start by publishing confidence intervals for its Aussie data. If the intervals cannot be met, then investors ought to know
It would be far, far better to be conservative in approach, and all should now learn the very costly lessons of hotcopper. Nobody but nobody here wants to hear information which unsettles them and that sets everything up for massive financial failure. Popularity is not reality.
The retrospectoscope is always right and a sound signature algorithm will be exquisitely sensitive to interference. A typical ED uses only a curtain only between cubicles and is typically noisy, bells, chatter in the next cubicle, corridor traffic, etc, let alone moans in between coughs, or together.. It can be very difficult in that setting to filter out noise. Actually, unless in a room with the door shut, good luck with that.
Next, it may seem like a shock to RAP, but treatment WILL come first when hours count. Yet, the question is, was the cough test taken within a few hours, ie probably inconsequential, or was it days later in short stay?
A clinical research PhD holder as board director might go a long way to ironing out trial issues.
