Nah, to much different noise types, active noise cancelling doesn't cope with occasional noise, only repetitive noise. Better to code something that when you open the app it says "Too noisy, take patient to quieter place" and will not record a result.
As I said, for telehealth there wouldn't be the same issue, or you could just use the same code.
