Arrogance, ignorance, incompetence or a combination of all three? I would like to know which testing staff weren't following procedure, which hospitals? All of them? On the other side was it actually the hospitals' fault? Also wasn't the noise factor already identified and the algorithms improved to compensate? Will have to go back through some announcements. 'Lucky' I'm not wealthy and lost a comparatively small amount today - still holding though.
