From previous financials I don't think their capital expenditure were very high as they were doing the clinical trials so they have enough cash and it won't cost them much given they still have $8M cash on hand.

Can i ask why you think a >>$150million market cap is justified on after a failed clinical trial with more than 12-18months further delays and another $3-5m in clinical trials costs before they even have a sniff at considering any regulatory submission?

And thats all based on a succesful trial and "competent" hospitals !!
