Certainly a great awaiting for capacity to come on line....buyers need to buy!, great "discipline" to ensure price levels held, see US market where capacity utilization in the low to mid 70%'s. Common sense and history says capacity comes on line but very little sign of it at present. Noise of shortages domestically will continue for some time and get worse next 3-6 months.
