    Dude, the trial is evaluating paxalisib asmonotherapy treatment in patients with relapsed/refractory primary central nervous systemlymphoma (r/r PCNSL). These patients are not ok, aye. They've already been through absolute torture. They are dying.

    They're enrolling because they don't want to die.
