re: Ann: Preliminary Update on Property Reval... It is only the tone of the announcement that means I'm not a holder yet. Just seemed sufficiently cautious to suggest this is not quite a "business as usual" revaluation - the references to "preliminary" and the fact they didn't come out with an actual number as they have in the past.

Still one more loan to re-negotiate for December, so staying cautious. However, if I had some more funds in my "high-risk, high-return punt" fund, then this would be in the portfolio.
