From Mr. Lucas' webcast (in Feb?), the building has been filled, but he didn't give specific percentage of the occupancy rate. And the rent wasn't included in the H1 results. My guess is that they have some deal with the tenant(s), which will have a number of free months as incentive in a down market. This building accounts for about 5% of the total asset value.
I do have some confidence in AJA's capability in managing the properties and keeping the buildings rented. But again, I was wrong on the devaluation.
