Hi Coppertop, I've just gone through the webcast again, you're correct, it was only indicated that AJA hadn't make the decision to sell, re-develop or lease it. And a little more incline to lease it. I may have taken the wrong notes. My sincere apologies if it cause any confusion.

I've just emailed AJA to inquire about the status of the building. Will post on the forum once I hear from them. However I suspect they will just ask me to wait for the FY report.

In the mean time, I did some search around the Japanese web sites, and found a security firm (岡地証券) is registered with the address of the Kokusai Nihombashi building.

However, I couldn't tell when they moved into the building, or whether they have moved out already, due to my very limited Japanese...

I guess we will find out from the FY results soon.
