    re: Ann: Preliminary Update on Property Reval... AJA's Osaka no3 and No4 are both located at the heart of Umeda, Osaka's CBD. Umeda and its adjacent Nakanoshima are undergoing a huge redevelopment and construction boom. It's good for the long term but is going to put huge pressure on rent prices on existing buildings in the short, medium term.

    These are just a few examples. I think there's definitely demand for more Grade A offices in Osaka.
