re: Ann: Preliminary Update on Property Reval... easy mistake no biggy. if i had a dollar for every time I misread something I wouldn't need to own any shares.

I think it is important to discuss a "how low can she go" situation in terms of portfolio values in Japan across Retail, Commercial, Office and Residential.

Prices don't go up forever and therefore they don't go down forever either. To be honest I was keen on this info we have today but the state of things from the perspective of the annual report and also the macro view of teh management team is important. So hopefully we will have a webcast of some sort to listen to in late august as well.

It seems office space is the problem, so I would love some thoughts/opinions as to where this could be heading and for how long.
