not sure I agree that its an over reaction. It is certainly not the end of the world or the well but without knowing the reasons behind the tool not being there it does raise concerns with respect to:
- we have been told multiple times that the only way to confirm a discovery is to bring a fluid sample to surface and that it needs to be done in an expedite manner before the hole conditions deteriorate. How is it acceptable that the tool was not on site? (noting that the logistics issues are a known problem already)
- Given the logistics issues and where we are operating, this introduces a real risk that the tool may be delayed longer, putting the testing program at risk.

Personally I don't care about the delay (I am confident of what we have found and don't stress around waiting for announcements), its the 'what it means to the ability to confirm movable hydrocarbons' that concerns me.
