Yes I think we were all expecting them to have all the tools they need on site. I'm just responding to people asking (the conspiracy theorists), if the tool was there for the top section, why is it suddenly missing for the bottom section. I think Scott mentioned something about them using a different resistivity tool for the bottom section when he was asked if he was worried because the resistivity tool failed in the top section. So I'm just asking is it possible the same goes for other tools used in the bottom section. But I agree with you that they should have had all the tools they need on site by now.
