This announcement reminds me of the 26 October announcement which had some massive good news in it - like the good seal and confirmation of hydrocarbons - and a few negatives. The market chose to focus on the negative, so the price drifted down.
A week's delay is annoying for now, but means absolutely nothing in terms of the value of this company compared to the multiple potential zones and the continuing to drill parts.
TLDR when investors are jittery, they don't recognise good news when it stares them in the face.
