Straddle packer modules are not part of a standard RCI kit unless they are specifically requested by the client. I suspect IVZ did not expect to need a straddle packer module during the pre drill phase of the program so it wasn't included in the BH wireline contract. Unfortunately the rental on wireline tools (and the baskets they ship in!) is steep even if you don't run them and sourcing a tool at the last minute can work out cheaper than having the tool on site right from the spud of the well.

Low permeability formation? Doesn't low perm mean that it would take a lot of pressure to squeeze the gas up, isn't that a bad thing that affects the ability for a HC to be moveable? I hope that it's not the case.
