I'm sure landlords will remember this in the future when leases come up sure they will rather take an hit and have another operator in then Premier who releases an statement like this.
Smart move would be to pay a portion and negotiate with centres in the meantime. Currently like a lot of business are doing this so far included is my business. I feel for all but bills need to pay and especially if the operator can afford too.
Long term I think this will look like MYR share price.
