Maybe having the approval of the Chinese Government and a binding agreement will finally trigger a rerate? These are theoretical good news, and I'm very happy about it, but maybe it's not solid enough yet for big instos to join. Maybe the recent correction of Vanadium also scares some investors?
Who knows. I'm willing to be patient and take my chances at these levels, that's for sure.
