Sorry--just to clarify----10% stake in VR8 [[[ shares ]]] and an offtake of 40% of product [[[ OF PHASE ONE ]]] in the next 10 years to be negotiated within 4 months and split between two identities ,,one half being Matrix acting as agent and the other half in terms of which Matrix may enter into as principal. Matrix being a subsidiary of Zhejiang Lygend Investment Co.Ltd [[ Legend Investments ]] ----and by the way , these guys have very strong relationships with POSCO and BAOSTEEL and other majors.
