I've decided to get out of VR8 for the forseeable future, will wait to see the next couple of announcements before deciding whether to get back in. The project metrics look excellent and the V story is intact, but I'm wondering what will happen when they try to secure debt funding from "western" financiers in say Europe/USA/Australia/Japan ? They will be asking for funds to establish a significant V supply chain to China, whereas almost everyone else is trying to establish supply chains away from China. Good luck with that VR8 management. What a pity they have gone in this direction.
