There must be a huge amount of pressure coming from the Cuban government to get block 9 into production. Can't imagine the locals would be to impressed waiting in line for hours to get petrol. And there is block 9 with a huge about of oil and their oil refinery not even operating at full capacity. Shouldn't be any problems getting drilling permits organised quickly for several wells sites.
Today's announcement was a line in the sand for the share price IMO. Once cap ex has been signed off for a multi well program - happy days!!!
