This move/changes will have been planned for some time, so likely the give away of Mongolia and farm out of Diona to another "friendly" party is all part of the exit strategy that lines up well for either former CEO or the new CEO !
Just need to refresh/replace the board who appear to have been sleeping on the job, which is very common for junior explorers on ASX.
