well nothing according to the market , after the initial excitement ,the market has concluded that nothing has really changed
500 K has gone somewhere and they say its part payment , but contracts haven't been signed the cynics are saying that this announcement was a desperate attempt to appease the doubters and nervous big investors ring your adviser and ask her what she really thinks ,mine is not impressed it seems that government approval has not yet been attained, and the project will be in operation in 2 months ? the last quarter financials due soon will tell another story will there be a turnaround from last quarters disaster ? shareholders had better hope yes ,because that last cap raise was being eroded badly
