It would make sense imo for there to be something lurking. If you did a SPP at a slight discount when prices have only tentativley recovered (and the nature of the PTX SP) it would be super risky as the price could bounce around 15 cents and the whole thing would look silly quickly - it makes more sense to me if they have something about to be announced before SPP closes, although i have been burnt in the past expecting too much common sense from companies haha
