    In the Q and A after webinars that has been a question sometimes, and Steve has been a definite "No". Expecting cash flow from licensing to 3rd parties. Have always enough liquidity for their programs well in advance.
    The original agreement for Omnicar to be developed by PTX was so that a big Pharma would not swallow it up. PTX are very focused on getting their products once proven out to everyone around the world via hubs.
