Was very bad for existing shareholders. Off the previous price of 22.5c the deal was at 20c but the options were worth around 12c each. That puts the raise at a value of approx. 14c (1 option for every 2 shares). Ridiculous, no imu shareholder should be happy especially when they already had 95mil in the bank
