I totally agree that criticism may be misplaced.
It's important for investors to take perspective of the IMU journey and who has managed them into that position.
Secondly management will not always flag to market their exact plans for obvious reasons ...The huge upside is IMU will be extremely well funded...Perhaps acquisitions of some nature or an increase in the scope of activities is on the cards? I've no doubt the placement was a strategic move by Leslie and the BOD.
I will add though that this was a closed placement to sophisticates, unlike PTX capital raise which is open to ordinary shareholders...Hence the retreat to and around the spp price.
Well done at IMU...Leslie may be as savvy and strategic as our very own Steven? Time will tell a more complete story.
Until then, goodluck to both parties...Looking forward to the close of the spp and moving on to catalyst news due shortly on many portfolio fronts.
