Steve and co aren't schmucks..... We know there is PTX-100/200 readouts soon, Cell Pryme A unveiling, Thermo F are onboard. I feel like this has been pushed through pretty quick after stating that there is no real need to raise cash in the near future.
My bet is that some good data is coming through for PTX-100 and it'll move into registrational study quickly and the funds will be used for that.
