Remember that with the last (August 2020) cash raise there was a second placement to instos which was announced immediately after the SPP (I think it was $5m SPP and $5m insto placement). I wouldn't be surprised to see that happen again
The other thing that might be worth considering is that there was an interview - I think it was 2019 - where SYC said that a possibility to sell PTX-200 further down the line, and then licence out PTX-100.
There as an interesting comment that I don't think was really picked up in one of his interviews that there was some upcoming developments with PTX-200, which I took as weren't related to results of AML. I'll have to track it down from a post a few years ago
