Absolutely agree with you. I own a few other stocks where the management don't let the retail holders a look in and boy, the amount of whinges and gnashing of teeth for being left out were deafening. And here we are, a management team that only looks after shareholders, and what do we get? Plots and plans to get in on market at cheaper than 17.5 cents!

I agree long term holders who have held and been along for the ride will know better. Most of them who can, will take up the offer. My only gripes are, why limit to $30K? And why not have a first come, first serve basis? This way, one can apply early with as much as they can afford. And once the limit of $8m is received, STOP the bid and all done and dusted. And yes, if there is truly strong demand, can always up the limit to even $15m or whatever. After all, the more capitalised, the stronger the company will be and they can get things done faster as well. What's more, it would put paid to any fear of any near term further cap raise which is usually one of the main reason why share price keep facing resistance to rise.

And likewise, I will be taking up my offer with what I can afford as soon as I get my personalised application form.
