That is THE KEY question; When does SP respond? The answer is simple:

Any good news is only good "WHEN" it translates to value for SHs, OR "IF" SHs have confidence in management that good news "WILL" trlanslate to value for SHs.

In this case, due to management's doing over a few years, SHs lost confidence around what actualky materialises in PROFIT TO SH. We are therefore left to expect the SP will only respond WHEN we see value to SHs materialised ... till then we may only see such news or outcones be enough to pay FAT salaries and feed the purpose of "convencing" SHs in voting in favour of resolutions such as performance otions.
