I found this letter from a potential customer who wants to get their hands on our product, but can't as we don't have any in stock, this letter is all that they received! Of all the problems we have to overcome, this shouldn't be occuring. I asked management regarding this also, and again zero response. Still to this day, i don't know if the order was filled on the 2nd of December. Has the stock issue been resolved?

I'm even looking past the whole lost revenue here, it's more about helping some one suffering from a condition, that we should be able to help, but can't because of what appears to be bad management?

Can any one else apply some pressure on management here? It seems like if we all start shouting, only then might we get some answers.

Lack of transparency, Constant smoke and mirrors that we as share holders have to try to determine the true meaning behind. Forgive my rant, but i'm getting frustrated here.
