Thanks for your analysis 2ic. It looks good to me.

I have reluctantly sold out of BSE in the last 6 months mainly in the low 30s but some shares around 24 cents. I have been in BSE for a long time having brought most of my shares at around 4-5 cents so it has been a great investment.

I sold because I have lost confidence on Toliara and the payment of so much dividends in recent years will, I think, make funding the Toliara project problematic. I also think obtaining a joint venture partner will come at a significant cost in terms of dilution of BSE's interest in Toliara. I will continue to monitor the stock and if there is positive news on Toliara I think there could be opportunities to buy back in at a lower price than today. That said, good luck to all holders going forward and I hope BSE will ultimately be successful in its dream to develop a potentially 100 year mineral sands project.
