Can you list out the parties that have done due diligence and drawn up term sheets and walked away?
When you say every potential financier has walked away who are you referring? Thats a big statement, I hope you have something factual to back it up
There is a MASSIVE difference between a protracted negotiation and as you say financiers walking away.
