if the top 10 holders wanted to sell the company at 4c area they wouldn’t have waited for sp to drop 14 to 2. had enough time for them to exit at 7-10 when was there for almost 6 months.
instead MQ paid cash (not zepo or perf shares) for about 4m units at 3c at rights issue & skell’s firm got about $600-700k worth at the same time.
u don’t spent close to a million looking for a quick flip. Even fmg went 8% down yest & sadly at this end of the market reactions will be exacerbated in such times.
disappointed with where the sp is atm without a doubt but can’t blame management for looking to get more long term investors on board with their overseas stuff to increase that top 20 from 39% to 49-55% soi.
