Pretty much anyone in this group (other than those who are seriously IT-challenged) could have done the same with the expenditure of a couple of hours and it has to be a more productive use of anyone's time than the endless arguments here. You might surprised at how many prop trading houses and (even individuals or family offices) would have satellite imagery subscriptions and spend time counting cars in carparks, containers on docks or assessing the size of piles of dirt.

The 10m resolution images I posted are just barely good enough to get an impression of what might be happening but 3m resolution (or better) images at more frequent intervals are readily available and, I understand, heavily used. Its not just a spook thing.
