I wanted to increase my holding and 40c is ok by me. and doing it before the de-merger means I'll have significantly more shares to increase my Spinco holding.

but then I remain a novice and others have no doubt a better understanding of this than me.

Grumble as you will, the offer is up there and no-one is being forced to buy is. Dilution is inevitable but at least we have the option to keep pace.

Seems difficult to justify a $47 million dollar cap raise for a 50,000oz pa mine which is all we have atm.
