I don't think the size of the resource even matters anymore - they dont even own Fort Cady. Just did some research and it looks like the whole project is just a lease agreement anyway. I mean sure they have the "rights" to extract the resource but I will do some more digging and see if there is any expiration to that agreement. In the mean time check out who really owns the land (thanks to
@MickJ7 for prompting me to do the research.)

Might come back in a year or 2 to see whats happening then.
