Can someone help me here with some likely stupid questions.
I note, Gingin is 1 hour out of perth and maintains 3 of its own council operated landfill operations. I appreciate gingin will go from class II to class III but how does this work in terms of generated tonnage? Gingin itself is tiny, so are they in direct competition with council or is there are contract/collection element that i'm missing here....
to be clear, I love trash.... its a long term stable cash generator (provided managed correctly), that only grows as the economy and population does. Just need a clearer picture of the practical elements of Gingin, as the M8S anns and prospectus just seem to conjur tonnage from nowhere. I assume the business case came from somewhere but what am i missing?
