I think RFG is trying to have this pie baked centrally by Beefy's team and distribute these pie to their other brands as an additional item menu or they could launch a virtual brand within their other brands, similar to their Ribs model.
Not a bad move if you ask me, but then they have to ensure that the quality of the pie in their hands will not go down the drain, which is not great based on past record.
Having said that, I am still net net positive and continue to hold.
