I am happy to add some RFG today in the mid 5c range. The RFG share price has been thrown in the muck today, with an anxious seller.

No guarantees the latest acquisition is a winner, but management believes the acquisition to be earnings accretive and cash flow positive from the get go, and 20% of the purchase price wa settled via equity to the vendors at 6c. The value of back office synergies is undisclosed, as well as cross selling possibilities, but each could reasonably be assumed as a potential positive.

There is enough here for me to see the upside in this deal, whilst the downside is what? The SP stays rangebound between 5c -6c?

This deal may take a while to receive market traction, or may move quite quickly. We will all know soon enough.

I am happy to bite and further reduce all in average cost into single digit territory.
