It is certainly hard to put a price on MPR when we dont have any metrics to go by... just 'a plan'
the recent selling is obviously holders who see 'the plan' as unfolding too slowly; I can only get a guess at the price by the cap raise (sophs willing to pay 7.5 cents (was that the price)) and the recent director buying at 6.5 cents; and since those two price events, the news on the PPAs being executed is a positive
but, honestly, a bit of news flow will be welcome
