No trades this morning. Does that mean buyers weren't convinced or sellers are now more convinced than they were?

For me this is all that matters. Macy is just a way to exploit this without having to go to the market for cash. Prove up a few of these and extend LOM 5-10 years and this becomes a very different company. Next 12 months shouldn't be short of news flow. Macy is barely a spec on the radar
