Interesting to see they are training Madagascan locals at Kwale. It may seem a bit early given they are only half way through the DFS, but I think it’s a good message to be sending to the Toliara community on the benefits of the project. It also shows how serious they are to have Toliara up and running.

Project timeline has extended a bit - DFS currently on schedule, but they seem to be allowing extra time for funding approvals and FID next year.
