The SPP performance is quite telling. Previous SPPs saw scaling back and over subscription but this is the first time it fell short. Although the management are "pleased" with the performance according to today's annoucement, it is disappointing to see it peter out in the run up to the close of the SPP offer. The prevailing SP was killing it in its tracks.
But at the end of the day there's more money in the bank.
