Yes, they will build a new port storage and ship loading facility - similar to what they did for the Kwale project in Likoni. The main uncertainty at this stage is the amount of dredging required.
The haul road from the plant to the port is 45km - that’s less than the distance from Kwale to Likoni Port. One would reasonably expect product transport cost for Toliara to be similar to Kwale, with significantly lower overall costs per tonne due to the orebody scale, higher grade and simpler processing.
