The ferroglobe issue was first announced pubicly (not by ADO) on the 19/07/2023. ADO officially clarified this the day after.

The sp has been range bound much before that, it didn't help but it's not the root cause, the CR also didn't help @3.2c

The whole EV sector, including the REE critical mineral miners is bleeding atm, Sunak didn't help the cause last night either. There is a global re-evaluation around green energy regardless the format and how much it's going to cost the consumer and ultimately governments who will not want to lose elections. For now the run is over until someone works out a real strategy going forward without ramming it down people's (voters) throats.

There are a lot of unpopular costly policies out there and the peons are waking up and are questioning the validity of destroying businesses they have built over generations just to see them squandered by government.

I'm expecting grants, etc from govt to dry up to drive out the inefficient and laggards.
