I sold out of Veem a few weeks ago.
While a big supporter, I felt it got ahead of itself on valuation and had doubts about the macro environment (ie: war, etc).
I do have concerns about timings on the Sharrow props as well.
Veem launched the Sharrow partnership 6 months ago now.
They'd even produced a handful of them for the launch.
In the launch video, they indicated that the initial testing would take place in
November 2023 .
That was 2 months from the start of October launch.
And that the first propellers would be available for sale in
January 2024 .
The timelines have continued to drift, with the preso above still indicating performance testing hadn't taken place in
mid-March .
And the founder, Greg Sharrow turns up in Sydney, but no performance testing results were released during his visit.
What was he really here for? To solve some engineering challenges?
